Jennifer L. Miller, Esq. is Special Advisor to the President of Tikehau Star Infra Partners, LLC (“Star”) and is a member of the Investment Committee and various other management committees. Ms. Miller provides strategic advice on certain transactions, especially in the area of M&A. Ms. Miller joined Star in 2015 after practicing corporate and securities law for more than 20 years. Ms. Miller served as General Counsel of the Investment Manager from when she joined the firm in 2015 until 2o22, Chief Compliance Officer of the Investment Manager from 2015 until the fall of 2017 and from December 2019 until February 2020, and Co-Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Manager from 2018 to 2022.
Prior to joining Star, Ms. Miller was an associate and then of counsel in the corporate group at Wachtel Missry LLP, where she represented large real estate developers and a ferry service provider, among others. Prior to joining Wachtel, she was an associate at Shack Siegel Katz Flaherty & Goodman PC, a corporate and securities boutique, where she represented both public company and private company clients. Early in her career, Ms. Miller was an associate in the insurance/reinsurance group of Rosenman & Colin, LLP (now Katten, Muchin, Rosenman, LLP).
Ms. Miller holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, where she was the Research Editor on the Cornell International Law Journal, and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University, Barnard College, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
