Qianli (James) Men is Investment Associate at Tikehau Star Infra (“TSI”). His deal team responsibilities include due diligence, modelling and underwriting of investment acquisitions across all sectors, as well as project development and transaction execution.

Previously, Mr. Men worked in the asset management team at TSI, where he was seconded to portfolio projects, including the Maryland Purple Line P3 project and Michigan Freeway Lighting P3 project. At Purple Line, Mr. Men worked as part of the team that navigated through multiple challenges including a replacement of major design-build contractors, and successfully reached a new financial close in April 2022. Prior to joining TSI, Mr. Men worked at PwC. His responsibility included testing and evaluating the disclosure, reasonableness, and valuation of infrastructure transaction models. He also completed an internal rotation at PwC’s consulting practice.

Mr. Men holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship. He also holds a BSc from Binghamton University.
